Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the OMYOZ website at https://omyoz.com (the "Site") by customers located in the United States. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Terms of Use, our Returns and Refunds Policy and our Privacy Policy.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Dom Honorat LLC, and "you" refers to the customer placing an order.
2. Products
We describe each product as accurately as we can. Photos and illustrations are for reference only and may differ slightly from the product you receive (for example in color or packaging).
Our products, including DryHero™, are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have any concerns about your child's health or bedwetting, please talk to your pediatrician. Results vary from child to child.
We may update or discontinue products at any time.
3. Availability
All offers are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will let you know promptly and you may choose a full refund or, where available, a replacement product of equivalent value.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices for US orders are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.
We may change our prices at any time, but the price charged is the price shown when you placed your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
Your order is confirmed once you have completed checkout and your payment has been authorized. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, in case of suspected fraud, inaccurate or incomplete information, or a prior dispute with the customer.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never have access to your full card details.
7. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Processing times, delivery estimates and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund, in accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
8. Receiving your order
Please check your package when it arrives. If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@omyoz.com, with photos if possible.
9. Refunds and our 60-day guarantee
DryHero™ is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded. All conditions are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
10. Warranties
If your product arrives defective or stops working because of a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it, as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and in our Returns and Refunds Policy, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this exclusion may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for damages resulting from misuse of a product, internet or network disruptions, carrier delays or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Personal information
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, trademarks, videos, graphics and design) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use it without our prior written permission.
14. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, carrier disruptions or government actions.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and without depriving you of any protection you have under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
If you have a concern, please contact us first at contact@omyoz.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be handled by the competent state or federal courts, and you may also bring a claim in small claims court where eligible.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
