Returns and refunds
At Dom Honorat LLC , we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not, you have simple options for returning or requesting a refund, in accordance with applicable laws.
1. Returns within 30 days
At Dom Honorat LLC, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product if you are not completely satisfied.
This period is longer than the legal withdrawal period of 14 days (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), which we have chosen to extend for your convenience.
Conditions for benefiting from the 30-day return policy:
- The product must not have been used or washed .
- It must be returned in its original packaging , with all its components.
- A request must be made within a maximum of 30 days after receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a preparation error.
2. Reimbursement
Once the return is received and validated, we will process the refund:

⚠ The refund will only cover the price of the product, excluding initial delivery costs (except in the case of a lost package or a preparation error).
3. Products excluded from the return policy
The following cannot be returned:
- Products used or damaged after receipt.
- Items returned incomplete or without original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale unless defective .
4. Defective product or order error
If you receive an item:

5. Tracking and acceptance of the return
After email confirmation:
We will provide you with the exact address of the return center based on your geographical area.
⚠ No parcels returned without prior agreement will be accepted.
6. Order cancellation or modification
An order can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, if it has not yet been prepared or shipped.
